Who We Are 

The Affordable Housing Investors Council promotes the equity investor's voice and perspective in the unique Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnership. It provides educational opportunities for investors and a forum to learn and share their insights on issues facing the field.

Through these activities, and the creation of industry best practices, we seek to preserve and strengthen the housing credit as an efficient and effective tool for developing affordable housing. Learn more
