What's Not Included
Affiliate membership does not include access to the Spring Meeting (investors only), voting privileges, eligibility to serve as an AHIC officer or committee chair, the Emerging Leaders Program, Risk Meetups, or certain investor-only webinars and content. These restrictions preserve AHIC's investor-only forums for candid discussion among investors.
Eligibility & Dues
$4,500 annually
Must be an active federal housing tax credit syndicator or broker with demonstrated engagement with LIHTC investors.
