Fall Summit Guest Policy
Expanding the Conversation
Each year, AHIC’s Fall Affordable Housing Summit convenes institutional investors and our syndicator and broker members for candid, content-rich discussions about the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the future of affordable housing investment.
Who Is Eligible to Attend as a Non-Member Guest?
Firms that are eligible for AHIC membership—such as LIHTC investors, federal syndicators, and brokers—must join AHIC to attend the Summit.
Guest invitations may be extended to firms that are not eligible for AHIC membership but contribute valuable perspectives. This includes:
- Developers and housing providers
- Accounting professionals
- Legal professionals
- State housing credit syndicators
- Preservation funds
- State Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs)
- Researchers and other LIHTC ecosystem partners
Each non-member firm may register up to three attendees.
Registration Rates
Guest Type | Rate |
---|---|
Developers, Accountants, Lawyers, State Syndicators, Preservation Funds | $1,395 |
HFAs | $575 |
Emerging (MWBE) Developers | $500 |
Broadening Participation
Whether you’ve worked closely with AHIC members for years or are newer to the conversation, we encourage your interest in attending. In particular, we welcome:
- Firms based in or near the host city who may not have previously attended
- Emerging developers who bring fresh perspectives
