AHIC 2025 Fall Summit Registration

AHIC's Fall Affordable Summit is open only to AHIC Members and Invited Guests.

Registration Policies

  • Investors: Registration rates are $895, no limit on the number of registrations allowed.
  • Syndicators, Brokers: Registration rates are $995, limit of (3) three registrations per firm. Firm must be an AHIC Affiliate Members to attend. (Learn more about joining AHIC here.)
  • Non-Member Guests (Developers, Professional Service Providers, Others): Registration rates are $1,395, limit of (3) registrations per firm. Special rates for HFAs ($575) and Emerging Developers ($500). Guest invitation must be requested. Learn more and request a guest invitation here.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your plans change, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations received via email by 11:59 pm ET on September 7, 2025 (30 days out) will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between September 8, 2025 and September 23, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be granted after September 24, 2025, however, registrations may be transferred to a colleague.

While many industry conferences prioritize networking opportunities, AHIC events are designed around meaningful engagement in carefully curated programming. Please take a moment to read our Values and Expectations, which emphasize active participation—being fully present in sessions—and limiting one-on-one meetings to designated networking breaks, not during program content.
