Events

AHIC holds three meetings a year for members to learn about developments in the industry, discuss trends, network, and hear from experts in the field.

Members tell us that our meetings are “thought-provoking”, “useful to helping me get my job done better”, “comforting, I know I’m not the only one with these questions”, “filled with great speakers”, and “lots of fun!”

  • Our Spring Meeting is held in Washington, D.C. and includes a focus on policy issues and developments at federal agencies and on Capitol Hill.
  • Our Summer Meeting is held in conjunction with the National Council of State Housing Agencies annual tax credit conference and includes lively dialogues with leaders of state housing finance and allocating agencies from around the country.
  • AHIC’s Fall Industry Meeting is an event that brings members together with invited guests including syndicators, lenders, housing agency officials, advocates, and developers from the key players in the field. With close to 200 attendees, it is one of the foremost annual events in the affordable housing industry.

Our Spring and Summer Meetings are for AHIC members only; the Fall Industry Meeting is for members and invited guests.
